Fixed Fee A fee negotiated by client and LRBC. This payment method requires a detailed scope of work and deliverable.

Hourly Rate Principle (per person): $180 per hour, $1,500 per day / Architectural services: $90 per hour / Skilled labor: $60 per hour / Administrative: $55 per hour

Procurement Fee is based on a percentage of materials, services, furniture, or accessories purchased for the project. The percentage varies from 10-25% depending on our discounts determined by suppliers and the scope of job.

Sales Order Policy We require a 50% payment on the purchase of all materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories prior to placing a sales order.

Retainer A retainer is required to initiate work on a project. The retainer amount is based on the estimated total amount of the project. Retainers are applied to the final billing.

Box Fabrication Fabrication and fit out of containers will be included in a separate proposal.
