We are a rapidly growing local manufacture company looking for an office manager. It's a great opportunity for someone with real skills who is willing and able to grow. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-pasted environment. Willingness to tackle challenges, assist wherever help is needed and take on responsibilities is essential. Must be an organized self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude and the ability to work in a growing company. Must have strong computer skills, including QuickBooks, MS Excel and Outlook and Adobe. Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Communicate and follow up with customers and vendors
  • Generate invoices in Quick-books
  • Prepare proposalS
  • Purchase materials and supplies
  • Manage data files and sharing
  • Manage office procedures and protocol
  • Order and track materials
  • Assist in manpower scheduling
  • Process purchase orders, track all orders and supplies to ensure materials arrive on as-needed basis
  • Receive, inspect materials for quality and quantities and return if needed
  • Maintain databases and files
  • Ap/Ar
  • Invoicing
  • Upkeep Website
  • Upkeep social media
  • Over all business administration
  • Support owners
